The organising committee of IAPMRCON 2025 is delighted to announce the acceptance of abstracts for presentation in the annual national conference. This platform offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your research. The scientific committee of IAPMRCON 2025 requests you to prepare your abstract in accordance with the guidelines given below.
Adherence to the guidelines given below [as per Academic Committee, IAPMR] will ensure smooth processing of abstracts into categories and to be considered for an award [submission link below]:
Please state whether your submission is for a) Award or Non-award category b) Paper (oral platform presentation) or Poster
Non-structured abstracts will not be considered for awards
There should be no tables/figures/references
The Title of the study should be mentioned followed by name of the authors &affiliation
Please state the name of presenting author
Abstract should be structured in the following method: [Word limit of abstract is 350 – excluding title & affiliation]
For scientific paper/posters [excluding case reports]
a) Introduction
b) Aims & Objectives
c) Methods
d) Results
e) Conclusion
For case reports [will be considered only for posters]
a) Introduction
b) Case presentation [will include clinical symptoms/signs, investigations and/or treatment]
c) Discussion
d) Conclusion
Permission letter from HOD is mandatory for PGT/SR presenting posters or paper.
Self attested declaration of approval letter of ethics committee and details of IAPMR membership is necessary for award paper/poster
The last date for abstract submission (paper/poster) has been extended to 7th December 2024.
