The refund of registration cancellation will be processed after the completion of IAPMRCON-2025 (after 1st Feb 2025). The request for cancellation of conference registration have to be sent via email to iapmrconnimhans2025@gmail.com with the subject line as “Cancellation of Registration”. The amount of refund will be based upon the date on which (stated below) registration cancellation was requested:
Upto 15th November 2024: Payment minus processing charges
16th November to 31st December 2024: 50% refund
From 1st January 2025: Zero refund
In case of cancellation requests which comply with above the guidelines, the refund amount will be credited to your bank within 21 days.
